Aelaris created Cerago.  Aelaris gave Cerago to her children as a gift.  Andrell and Aleha played around with Cerago and made humans.  They gained followers, enjoyed several centuries of worship.  Andrell got bored with humanity and created sin.  He unleashed it on humans and it flourished.  Aleha experimented and created magic.  She unleashed it on Cerago and it did nothing.  The first war broke out due to Greed and many died.  Aleha got upset and tattled.  Aelaris advised them to split the continent (but forbid them to claim the islands on the outside).



Cerago was equally divided into Nomus and Mardune.  Aleha called a ruler to represent her and Nomus.  Andrell got jealous and called his own ruler for Mardune.  They gained more followers and humanity progressed.  Humanity created structured government and delegated Kings.  Andrell got bored with humanity and amplified Lust and Violence.  More wars broke out and many were killed.  Andrell was still bored and suggested they start over with demigods.  Aleha denied him.  Andrell threatened to do it without her.  Aleha got all sorts of furious and tattled on him to Aelaris.  Aelaris heard them both and gave her 100 year deadline and terms


Andrell approached young King Dentaurn with a plan.  Andrell promised Dentaurn he'd be the first demigod if he found the Chime.  Aleha approached older King Prinek with a plan.  Aleha promised Prinek a House that would never fall and that he'd be her First Servant after death if he found the Chime.  Prinek and Dentaurn were granted temporary immortality.

 

 

Prinek and Dentaurn had scouts search their lands for the pieces.  After 10 years and no luck they tried to search the others land.  They discovered each others spies and closed their borders.  They began fighting to gain territory to find the Chime but disguised it to their people as fighting in the name of the Gods for divine favor.  Many people died, many wars were lost and won.  Prinek and Dentaurn slowed their pace to find the chime as they'd become revered as God-Favored for their seeming invincibility.  Andrell and Aleha watched this go on for decades and waited.

 

 

Aleha's magics showed themselves a year ago in innocent and unaware humans.  Aleha told Prinek to gather these humans as they'll be able to find the Chime faster.  She calls them her Niam.  Andrell heard about her plan and manipulated some of his sins to make his own magics.  Andrell implanted them in Dentaurn's favored warriors calling them his Mitoa.  The Mitoa began training.  Prinek is having a hard time locating all of the Niam since their magics haven't fully manifested. 

 

Aleha learned about the Mitoa.  She asked her mother for permission to raise dead humans to help her cause.  Aelaris granted her their use and the permission to open both Cerago's earth and the divine Great Gate.  Aleha made the Sceadu, her half-ghost humans protected by moonlight, to help the Niam and help fight off the Mitoa.  Andrell learned of this and made his own back-up plan, the Iafross.  Andrell did not ask his mother's permission to manipulate more of Dentaurn's favored warriors or her animals into men who can change into beasts by sunlight. 

 

Aelaris punished him by sending great earthquakes, plagues and floods to Mardune.  Dentaurn lost many of his warriors.  Prinek won the next two battles and gained one of their Nomus outposts back.  The violence and intensity of the fighting increased tenfold after that point since both Andrell and Dentaurn were furious with their losses.

 

War raged on.  Dentaurn sent his Iafross to attack Nomus villages.  Prinek sent the Sceadu to seek out the Niam and fight off the Iafross.  All the while the rest of humanity has had no idea their very existence is at stake and that magic, ghosts, and man-beasts run rampant among them.
